Simultaneous Ring

Simultaneous Ring allows two other phone numbers to ring simultaneously, in addition to the primary line; for instance, a cellular, office number, or another residential number.

Instructions – Access from the Primary Line

Dial access code *22 to access the service.

To turn Simultaneous Ring On or Off:
Press 3, followed by the pound sign (#).
To add a phone number (10 digits).
Press pound (#).
To remove a phone number.
Press star (*).
To clear all phone numbers on your list.
Press 08.
To hear the phone numbers on the list.
Press 1.After each number, press 07 to delete the number.
To hear the instructions again.
Press zero (0).

You can program up to two phone numbers on your list. These numbers will ring at the same time as your primary line when someone calls the primary line. However, if you program a long distance telephone number and that there are calls at this number, long distance rates will be charge to the telephone number on which the option of SimRing is installed.

Cell phone number in Timmins
Result:
No matter where you and your cell phone are (Timmins, New Liskeard, Montréal, Toronto, etc.), it will ring at the same time as your primary line in Timmins. The first to answer takes the call!

Instructions - Personal Identification Number (PIN)

You can change your PIN at any time. You must access the system from the primary line on which the service is installed (the PIN cannot be changed from another line): Dial access code *23 to access the PIN functions.
