NorthernTel's directories are part of the Canada411 site. Canada411 manages the updating of the Internet databases containing the directories of all the telephone companies in Canada.

2: How can I have my name listing modified in the telephone directory?
You can modify it by calling NorthernTel's Customer Service at 1-800-360-8555.
3: Do I have to pay for my telephone directory?
All customers are supplied with a telephone directory free of charge every year, during a specific delivery period. NorthernTel also provides a free directory for new telephone installations.
You can order additional telephone directories free of charge through the Yellow Pages Group Service Center at 1 800 268-5637.
4: How often does NorthernTel update the contents of its directories?
The directory listings are updated regularly in our systems. However, the directories are only printed once a year. So, a change made to your file will only appear in the next edition.
5: Can I have my cell number listed in the directory?
Yes. Simply contact your cellular service provider. A registration fee applies.
6: Can I add my Web site address (www.site.com) and/or email address (e.g., email@example.com) to the telephone directory for my area?
Yes. Simply call NorthernTel's Customer Service at 1-800-360-8555.
Please note that an account-processing fee of $20 (residential) or $34.65 (business) applies. Also, each additional listing costs $1.50 (residential) or $2.65 (business) per month. So, if you have a listing added for a Web site address and another for your email address, it will cost you $3 more per month (i.e., $1.50 for each additional listing). This charge and the account-processing fee will be added to your monthly telephone bill.
7: How can I have an error in my name or address corrected in the telephone directory?
Call NorthernTel's Customer Service at 1-800-360-8555 to have the error corrected, free of charge.
8: If I move, will I receive a new telephone directory?
If you move within the same area, you must take your directory with you. However, if you move to a different area but still on the NorthernTel territory, we will send you a directory for your new area.
9: I cannot find numbers in my directory for an area that I can call without having to pay long distance charges. How can I find these numbers?
You can consult the Canada411 service by Internet (www.canada411.ca) or just call Yellow Pages Group Service Center at 1 800 268-5637. A representative will be pleased to send you a directory, free of charge, for an area to which you can place calls toll free.

If you wish to receive a directory for your area or if you want to buy one for another region, please call Yellow Pages Group Service Center at 1-800-268-5637 from Monday to Friday, during business hours.
