1. Is there a charge for requesting a reprint of a bill?

The bills reprinted by NorthernTel are considered original bills. Additional charges may apply.

However, if you have a printer, you can print out your bills yourself from the "View My Bill" section of this site. Please note, however, that this printout of your bill will not be accepted as an original.

2. If I request a reprint of a bill, when will I receive it?

You will receive your reprint within the next 10 working days.

3. How many previous bills can I ask to have reprinted?

You may request a reprint of up to 36 previous bills.
