Just click on the "I wish to confirm a payment to NorthernTel " link in the "Confirm a Payment" section. The system will ask you to authenticate your identity as a NorthernTel customer. Consult Support on Authentication for more details on this topic. The next screen will
show your account balance, and you will be able to enter the amount of
the payment you made as well as the method of payment you used in the
appropriate fields. 2. If I confirm a payment through this site, will my balance due be adjusted in my account? When you confirm a payment online, our systems record this information and automatically send a notice to one of our Customer Service agents, who can then update your account. However, only after
your payment (by automatic teller, cheque, or other method) has been received
and recorded in our accounting systems will your account balance be adjusted
on the Web site. So, from the time you confirm a payment to when this
payment is received at NorthernTel, your account balance will
remain unchanged on the Web site. When you confirm a payment online, our systems record this information and automatically send a notice to one of our Customer Service agents, who can then update your account pending receipt of your payment. However, if a payment
is not received within the next few days, the interruption notice will
remain in effect |
