FIRST VISIT?
When you first access the secure sections of "My Bill" and "My Profile", make sure you have your NorthernTel phone bill on hand as it is required to authenticate.

You will be prompted to enter your phone number, your 5 digits access code found on your invoice and then create your personal identification number (PIN).

During future visits, you will need your PIN only.
